I worked with Premium cabinets for our custom master bathroom vanity. I had an inspiration photo and just brought it into their shop in the city. I worked with Tony and Jackie to mock up something that I was really excited about. When the cabinets were being put together, it was clear that a mistake had been made, because the colors didn’t match. I made one call directly to Tony and he was out at our project site THAT DAY! He went to the manufacturer and found the correct cabinet (the packaging/delivery guys had just made - mistake), and brought it over. This mistake could have cost weeks in our renovation timeline, but because Tony was dedicated and diligent, it didn’t prolong the project a single day. He was kind, easy to work with and ultimately provided a product that he was willing to take responsibility for. I will use Premium cabinets for all of my future custom needs, and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking quality cabinetry.
