My absolute favorite nail salon. Mary, the owner is a wonderful woman and I have yet to find a spot like this after moving to LA ~ year ago. I make a point to not have my nails done every time I come to Chicago so I can come here. THE BEST

I came here after reading the reviews, some of which were not great. However, I was incredibly pleased with my service and my tech was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. When I wasn’t sure what type to get, she showed me the colors for each and helped me decide. When I wasn’t sure if I needed another coat, she made the call and it was a good one. I’ll come back here and recommend it to my friends.

I’ve been here a few times and every experience is different depending on which technician is doing your nails. Customer service is 50/50. Again, depends who your technician is. It’s always super busy so they’re always rushing your mani/pedi. They are amazing at regular manicures/polish but simple nail designs (French) and nail shapes (almond/coffin) are not good. They are super rough with both mani/pedi. I get cuts almost every single time. Their pricing are bit higher than most salons. The salon was just super close to where I lived, but I definitely will not be coming back anymore.Services: Pedicure
