    I drove 3 hours from home for a dental appointment for my daughter because she has ADHD and high anxiety and our local dentist had put her on a sedation only list (which they do not do) because she wouldn't let anyone work on her mouth. We were referred to St. Bernard from her dentist and I was a little nervous because I had never been and wasn't sure of the type of service/treatment she would endure. I was so shocked and literally almost in tears to see my daughter sit in that chair with no problems at all, and allow the staff to take x-rays of her teeth and examine her mouth to determine the treatment needed.     I have a lateral meniscus tear (I believe). I was scheduled for three months of physical therapy with Ruth, and I have all positive feedback. When I arrived, I could barely put weight on my leg. It was painful to walk, and running without uncomfortable pain and a burning sensation was not an option. Ruth was very warm and inviting during therapy sessions. She was always patient with me yet firm when needed. I’m a hard worker, but I complain and procrastinate about being active.     I was so nervous and worried . I'm always in pain and Ernesto has been so helpful and with explaining things to me. He has been alot of help n I will b continuing to do the exercises he has showed me a long time.
