“We had a phenomenal experience working with Kristin! From the fist time I contacted her she made herself available to consult on timing and wardrobe for our newborn session and provided thorough instructions on how to prepare for our session so that our newborn was sleepy and happy and ready to look her best! We opted for an in-studio session since as first time parents we didn’t want to worry about having our home photo ready, and her studio provided a perfect backdrop, Kristin expertly wrapped our daughter in a gauzy wrap selected from her collection, and she had beautiful little accessories to choose from to add the perfect finishing touch. All in all the hardest part of our experience was winnowing down all of the lovely images of our daughter and our new family into a number that we could fit in an album - and once again Kristin was right there guiding us through the photo selection process in a personalized zoom session where our gallery was revealed and all of the options were discussed until we were happy with our final selections. In short, Kristin is an exceptional photographer, especially for newborn sessions, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot wait to continue the process as we finalize our album layout and add it and a print or two to our home gallery.“

“We were lucky enough to come across Beth Healy Photography via online search and browsing reviews in the Chicago area and we're so happy we worked with her for our maternitybooking up p photos! I'd waited a bit late into my pregnancy to start looking into this, and Beth was luckily able to sneak us in before we got too close to our due date. We decided to use the 606 as our primary location and she did a fabulous job recommending a variety of backgrounds we could use, giving us a mix of city, greenery, art, and even got really creative using the Damen underpass (which turned out so cool!). My husband had a tight meeting schedule that day, and she got us fully wrapped in about 20 minutes, while never making us feel rushed. Beth is a joy to work with, puts you at ease right away, and provides great suggestions for poses/shots while letting you be natural. “I would give 10 stars if I could! Rachel and Vlad are not only the most talented photographers, but they are also the sweetest people. They make the entire session feel so natural and comfortable. Vlad did our first daughter’s newborn photos and Rachel did our second child’s newborn photos and the entire process was seamless. As you can imagine, it is extremely challenging to get any sort of photos with an 18 month old and a newborn, and Rachel was able to work her magic and capture the most beautiful photos of our family!
