The BEST experience with Petals from Heaven! I completely forgot to order flowers needed for a service on a Sunday. I ended up placing my order after 6:30pm on Saturday. They actually called me to explain that, because of the timing, they might not be able to make exactly what I chose and even offered to send it to another florist. Absolutely not! If a company takes the time to call, explain the situation, and still try to help—that’s the kind of business I’ll support every single time. Not only did they make it happen on such short notice, but the bouquet they created was absolutely stunning.
