After having a panic attack that my gaming PC was on its death bed after only 18 months of use, Dave was excellent in providing me confidence it could be resolved. Communicative, creative in his solutions, thorough with his investigations, and accommodated my work schedule with pick-ups and drop offs since we were close. Highly recommend and true to his word of "saving people's computers one at a time!"

Note: operating by appointment onlyI had a great experience with this business repairing my crashed laptop. David is transparent about parts and service costs, will patiently talk you through your options, and is diligent about getting your issue resolved. The initial replacement part we ordered failed, and he determinedly pursued the vendor for a refund while lending me a laptop temporarily until a new part arrived, was installed, and thoroughly tested. I went to the shop once by appointment and otherwise David did dropoff and pickups right at my home. I highly recommend PC Matix!

I trust this guy with my laptop more than I ever will in the big chains. Great service, really knows his stuff, and affordable. Unlike big name stores that will put your laptop on a desk to collect dust until someone has a chance to look at it, at PC Matrix, I know my laptop is getting fixed up pronto! And as someone who uses it for everything, fast quality service is important.
