******HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE!**** I have never written a negative review. But here I am hoping it will save people from going through the same experience as I did. I had a charging issue with my laptop and saw this place open on Sunday. I read the reviews here and saw this place had 5 stars. I trusted these "reviews" and called the place and spoke to a guy named Boris. He agreed to look at my laptop and said he would call me in 2 hrs to analyze the issue and give me the pricing. He called me back and was not really sure what the issue was saying it might be the battery "I tried charging it and it's not charging." Like no kidding I know that!! He gave me information I already KNEW. He decided to give me pricing and I decided to pass on the offer. I kindly offered to pick up my laptop and compensate him for his time which he never even told me what it was in the beginning(this is my mistake). On the phone he said $35. When I got to his place he said $80. I can guarantee you that all he did was plug in my laptop to my charger and called me and said "it may be the battery I am 75% sure" that is what he said! He became agitated and snatched my laptop when I was calmly trying to figure out the pricing. He said "you should of done your research. Diagnostic charge of $99 is on my website. But I am giving you a discount." When I told him show me where on his website said that he couldn't find it and said "it's because you are using the mobile version." What a RIP OFF!!! Also, he kept coughing and didn't have the decency to wear a face mask. And at one point he coughed on me and said "sorry it's not the virus it's allergies." What a disgusting human being. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE. His workspace aka "home" looks very trashy. Although, I support good service despite of location, this place gives you a bad vibe. I should of trusted my instinct. Lesson learned!!

I was really impressed with Payless Computer Systems. He was able to fix my computer the same day I brought it in and it runs so much smoother now. He's a really genuine guy and was more than happy to look at my computer and find out what the problem was. I definitely recommend Payless Computer Systems.

I really appreciate the time Boris took to speak with me. He could not fix my issue but he was kind enough to provide some options to where I could find solutions. Very good "customer" service. I would recommend calling him if you have an issue that his listing says he currently addresses. A very honest and straightforward professional.
