I have never had a more pleasant experience inviting a repairperson into my home. We've been having trouble getting a kitchen faucet installed for some time now and ONCALLERS solved our problem effortlessly. We're going to be using them for everything now. The staff really went above and beyond in trying to work with me after my phone insurance was up so i could get my income fixed. I really appreciate them helping me out when things have been tight financially for my family and myself. I'd definatly recommend them if you need your phone fixed!!
I want to say "Thank You" to Ale Rodriquez (the administrative assistant) and Aldo the computer technician that helped my friend out with his computer tower problem. It all started out last year when he brought in the tower to be serviced. He doesn't speak much English and I went with him to help translate. Well, when the tower was serviced he went alone to pick it up and I didn't have a chance to ask the technician any questions. Well, after a couple of days he wasn't able to open up his desktop and error messages were popping up on his screen. So instead of taking it back he just used his back up. Well, I received an email from this store asking for some feedback. It was not a very positive one and I received another one asking me if I wanted to bring the tower back for a free diagnostic. So we went to the store Thursday 3/14/19 and asked to talk with Ale Rodriguez and I explained to her my friend's issue with the tower and then he added issues in Spanish. She instructed Aldo the technician to see what he could to remedy the issues. I must say he was very thorough and then explained step by step what had happened. He did correct the problems and suggested options in replacing this unit because it was rather old and would still be running slow. Which I had mentioned this to my friend on our very first trip nine months ago. Aldo also showed my friend some tips on what to do if something like what he experienced to get his tower operating again. No charge for anything that Aldo did and my friend was happy, and so was I. I do recommend this place to my other friends because I was here three times for my own computer issues and the work was always solid.
