OFFSEASON Physical Therapy and Sports Performance

My wife and I have been seeing Lois for 3 years now and she is hands down the best PT either of us have ever worked with! The whole team is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and a joy to be around.

Lois is the best physical therapist I have ever ha! She is so smart, kind and warm. She rehabbed me through my brutal hip labral tear surgery. She was so positive and encouraging and always picked me up when I was having a struggle day. I NEVER thought I would be able to get back to normal exercise including hard core hiking and biking. And guess what?!?! I DID!! I AM!! She and Danielle are the kind of PTs that you want on your side-they know their stuff!!! I trust them implicitly! There is no other place like OFFSEASON. Top of the food chain!!!!! Cannot recommend more❤️

Lois and Danielle are superb across the board. I went in for a persistently sore shoulder. The process was well thought out and thorough, in terms of examination, testing, diagnosis, treatment and at-home exercises. I was back to normal in a few weeks. I strongly recommend Offseason for optimal recovery from injury, soreness, etc. (including tips for injury prevention). They are also super friendly and accommodating!
