Mediocre nail techs - no real talent here. Pedicures are good depending on the tech. Poor customer service. Rude and dismissive of clients. My most recent visit is definitely my last.

I've been here a handful of times thinking maybe each time it'll get better and it does not. Most recently during a pedicure the person was rushing and used a sander to take off gel polish which made my nails burn when everything else was applied. She talked me out of a bigger package because she didn't want to do the massages. She talked me out of a French tip. She dropped tools and dipped them in the pedicure water to 'clean' them and tried using them on me again. Polish was very uneven and bubbly. Told me I can not get a design with regular polish only with no chip, I hate no chip, The young lady doing my toes was very nice it was the other ladies in there, They have nasty attitudes. The lady in the black. Before no chip it was regular, We always got design. Another lady did my nails she was much better she did good job. She had to fix my pedicure also. Besides nasty attitudes my Nail Tech was very good.
