Very detailed oriented company, performed what I asked perfectly and met all of my expectations. Pricing was very reasonable as well, I would recommend them to anyone! I would surely give them a call whenever I need a new project at home!

Last year I had my basement renovated. The owner of Nichic Corp. Mr. Javier Lopez came and gave me the stimate and also told me that since the house was an old house he expected there would be more items that would need to be fixed once he started digging. We ended up replacing the electrical system the pluming for the furnace the sewer line which was cracked as well as the dry wall which was no good anymore. Mr. Javier was very thorough with the job and as small things came up he advised me to fix them now that everything was opened, later they would cost a lot more.
