I called this neighborhood massage place for an impromptu shoulder and head massage. They were able to get me in quickly and open to whatever services I needed and requested.

The massage therapist was very skilled. I was able to relax and receive the release of tension that I needed.

My day was stressful and hectic and I felt taken care of in the New Life Spa. The staff were very grateful for my business and I left feeling relaxed and ready to head back into my day with a calm perspective.

I saw Lucy yesterday to get my back and shoulder muscles relaxed . She took great care to relieve the knots in my back, shoulder’s , arms and neck . She worked gently at first because of the knots in the muscles but as she relaxed them she gave me a strong and deep massage. When she was finished she had worked out all of my aches and pains . I felt like I was 30 years younger.
