NerdsToGo - Chicago Downtown - Magnificent Mile

My computer popped up with a BitLocker Key screen and my laptop did not have a BitLocker key so I knew I was going to have completely wipe the hard drive and start over. After trying multiple different ways, I decided to just let professionals handle it. Isaiah did an incredible job. From the time I dropped it off until they called to tell me it was done - it took around an hour! They will definitely be my go to for any IT issues.

My work computer wouldn't turn on at all and they were able to send a tech out the same day. My tech, Scott, was professional, polite, friendly and able to fix the issue quickly and get me back up and running. It was also easy to schedule and they respond quickly to requests.

OMG! I had a great experience with nerdstogo employee named sky! He was so funny and fixed the issue to my PC. He was such a vibe, I loved that he actually cared about his work and even took it upon himself to make sure it worked on my monitor. HES AWESOME if you want any help from this company get the guy named sky to help!
