Didn't like the hospitality or the service. I told Serena that I did not have no chip on my toes. What did she do, no chip on my toes, and thought I was paying for that. Nope, not what I asked for. So she removed the no chip and used reg polish. ? ?‍♀️

The people were nice and courteous. I only stopped by because the place I go to was crowded. I wish I had of just waited.. I had a few complaints. It would have been nice if they use oil to massage your legs and feet for the pedicures. Next, the regular pedicure and manicure felt rushed. Third, they really try to push no chip because it's a little pricey. Last, I felt like someone just painted my nails and toes, Nothing special. Otherwise, it was ok and I will be going back to my old spot.

I decided to go somewhere different and a little close to home. The service was a no chip manicure and a basic pedicure. The pedicure was definitely basic. There was very little time spent on my feet. The employees were nice. It isn't my regular go to place when I want to be pampered. I didn't feel like posting pictures.
