Everybody can have a bad day, but when it happens at this salon, the nail tech is striving doubly hard to make amends to please. No argument, just fix the problem. Terrific customer service, always friendly, always making the customer feel welcome and appreciated
Cleanliness: The shop is very clean, it positively sparkles. The staff is appropriately dressed.

Just got my nails done here and had an excellent mani/pedi experience with Lily, who was patient, kind, and spent extra time ensuring my nail art turned out perfectly. I requested dazzle dry nail polish, which is great for the customer because it drys quickly and lasts at least two weeks. However, it’s quite a challenge for the nail tech because it drys so fast and it’s hard to alter nail designs. Lily was up to the task and then some! Super happy with my VOTE manicure ♥️??

this was my first go with Nail Lounge and I will DEFINITELY be back. Lily did an utterly spectacular job with my nails and composition (pun and no pun)!! her attention to detail, her care and concern for my nails and her patience we’re FANTASTICALLY IMPECCABLE. I am obsessed with her and my nail design! she SLAYED the mani/pedi and nail art. THANK YOU LILY & thank you Nail Lounge.
