Been using My Guy for years for AC repair. This year when my old 19year old Frigidaire was malfunctioning more than was worth going on, I got a few estimates for a new AC unit. I live in a 4 story condo, with the unit having to be lifted by a crane onto the roof. My Guy's proposal was the best put together and value and their office was the most responsive and on top of what needed to be done as far as getting the COI, paperwork etc to my Condo management company, and they were able to schedule my install quickly, within 8 days of my initial call. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area, the prices are fair and onsite work and offsite customer service is good.
Simply put... they are the model for how ALL businesses and employees should operate and provide customer-based services!!! Our excellent experience began with Rochelle listening, understanding, and helping facilitate our AC issue and then going above to get a technician to accommodate our availability. Our technician, Damian, was not only prompt in making it out to us, he also diagnosed and solved our issue in no time and went on to assess and share knowledge on what we could be doing better to improve our HVAC system, which we are now already seeing/feeling.
