Used my card to pay ahead the inspection fee and I been getting charges from then on. Don't pay unless it's cash because they might be using your cars info...been calling to have them remove my card and no answer

Been a customer for more than 4 years. Reliable and like any great shops they are sometimes flooded with cars, SUV, Vans. Try to get to their shop at 8 if your vehicle is running, because if it's disabled it will that a couple of days for them to check it out. But ones they get to the root of the problem, they call you. Needed a thermostat changed on a 2008 Focus. They came out on Thursday and replaced it. After replacing it they found a small leak in the coolant line going to the heater core. They came back on Sunday to replace the line. They did a great job and the price was very fair. Also they let me supply the parts so I was able to save some money there too.
