I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, but they didn't show up. When I called to inquire about the time of their arrival, they informed me that they didn't have any availability. I wasted my entire day waiting for them, and I really needed their assistance. They could have informed me earlier if they didn't have any openings, so I could have looked elsewhere.
