This is the company to hire if you have any water/mold issues. Miguel came out in less than 24 hours and assessed the water intrusion in our basement. He provided his honest opinion and didn't sell us any services that weren't needed. I highly recommend Moldman.

Miguel was extremely responsive to my service request to assess possible mold growth in my attic. He completed a full assessment and provided me with what needed to be done to correct the issue. He was honest to say that this wasn't something that a mold specialist should fix and the assessment was completed at no charge to me. He also took detailed pictures of the issue so I can use them to get the problem corrected. He was on time to the appointment. Great communication and service overall!

Miguel himself was very clear and honest with his assessment and the 2 guys he had here were very throughout and walked me through everything as it happened- cleaned up and patched up like they were never here! Highly recommended.
