Everything turned out beautifully. The men were very professional . They arrived on time and did excellent work. Daniel was very with my multiple phone calls and concern before the job began. He made great suggestions for how to help the job be a success like keeping our cats off the floors for a day or so. We followed his suggestions and are proud to have a floor that looks like new.?

This team was excellent. I had a very short window in which I needed some hardwood to be refinished, and Danny got a team in to do great work. He was even willing to work within my budget, which I hugely appreciated. He came to the site himself to make sure everything looked good. Trustworthy, honest, authentic, and great work. Would recommend anyone to work with them and will continue to reach out to Modern Quality Flooring for any of my needs in the futre.

I worked with Danny on refinishing my floors from Seattle WA . Danny was highly responsive and he wanted a trusted person on site to make decisions on the stain color.
