Anil is the best. Small jobs, big jobs, commercial and residential Anil has come through repeatedly. Shows up, works hard and gets the job done. I cannot recommend Modern HVAC highly enough.
Anil has serviced my commercial HVAC system for regular maintenance, small repairs, large repairs and a full installation job and has always been prompt, professional, attentive and highly competent. His work is great and his prices are fair and most importantly he is trustworthy. Very glad I found Modern HVAC.
I received opinions and quotes from 3 reputable sources and Modern HVAC Tech (Anil) was the only one I trusted. He told me what was wrong, what was going to happen, and didn’t upsell. Everything turned out just as he said it would and at a reasonable price. I think I may have even caused him to be late to his daughter’s birthday party. Sorry Anil (and wife / daughter).
