Mobile Battery Man was an amazing help to us while in Chicago on a trip. Our battery died in a parking garage with the windows down and when we called Battery Man he was kind, helpful, and fully transparent regarding pricing, ETA, and how he was able to help. Changed our battery and got us up and running in just a few minutes and was incredibly nice through the process! Very happy with the service and grateful they were able to help!
Incredible service! Corey is very nice, helpful, and explained the best option for me. My car was completely dead in my parking garage and Corey was able to come out to me within a couple hours of calling. He changed my battery within 15-20 minutes and now my car is running great. Highly recommend!
Corey couldn’t have been better to deal with. Personable, communicated proactively, was upfront, honest and delivered exactly what he said he would. Made an unpleasant experience much easier to navigate. Would highly recommend his service.
