It really pains me to write this review because I think most of the manicurists in this place are awesome and they always try and accommodate appointments even when they are busy. However the last 2 times I have been here for a manicure, I have come out with cuts (some pretty bad from my manicures). The last manicure I had, the manicurist actually cut me 3 times. The third time, she actually said "Your skin is so dry", I was so annoyed by then I didn't say anything. The fact of the matter was she was really, really rough when dealing with my cuticles. Pretty good service for the most part. Most girls are nice. Occasionally you’ll get someone who is rushed and may over-clip your cuticles causing you to bleed. If your no-chip polish does end up chipping early, they are great about fixing in. Usually can find appt day of. Their massage chairs are on the cheaper side & not the greatest. Parking is metered & they do accept Classpass.

I tried this salon after a recommendation from some friends and I can say that I had a great experience. I got gel x and they were perfectly priced, some places in the city charge $85 for gel x and and additional $15-$25 for designs but here it was $68 + $10 for designs and I could not be more pleased. I have been wanting to get the smiley face design and Inessa was able to do them for me. Will also say the employee I had (Jika) paid attention to detail and cleaned my cuticles and cut down my nails before putting the extensions on which I appreciated.
