I went to the Minute Clinic to get flu tested, as my job requested, so I can return. The woman working the front was unbelievably rude and the doctor that worked with me wasn't much better. I was told that it didn't look like I had the flu and was asked "what do you even want them to do" for me. I repeated that I wanted to get tested for the flu. Both women told me they would not be testing me for the flu and instead tested me for COVID and gave me anti-nausea medication even though I repeated multiple times that I wasn't getting nauseous. It was by far the biggest waste of time and worst experience I have had at any clinic.
I went in to get strep tested and was denied service. Cvs was out of my insurance network, so I said I would pay out of pocket. The doctor refused to test me and gave me a list of clinics in the area. She was rude and short. Never going back.
Took my son because he was sneezing up a storm and was covid negative. Booking was easy and once I got there signed in and was seen by the tech within 5 minutes. After an initial work up we sat outside in the lobby and waited about 10mins to see the nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and kind. Was in and out in about 30 mins. Overall great experience.
