Dr.stone does good work. Its his front office staff that leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. Not only they do not return voicemail messages, they overcharged my mom. when asked for refund on overpayment, they dragged their feet, said check is going out in mail. Its been weeks and when followed up on it, they straight up ignoring/rejecting my calls. You know how i can tell? It rings twice and the calls drops. I am already questioning the billing practice because when i look at the eob, the amount they charged my mom is the amount the insurance says we are not responsible For. Maybe time i notify the insurance company about their scammy practice.

Horrible place. Made the appointment two months in advance. I took work off. Arrived to a tiny dingy and dirty office. Was told they don't take my insurance. I asked why they didn't let me know as they had two months to notify me. The receptionist blatantly ignored me and passed me a business card to a nearby eye dr who would take my insurance. I asked again and she ignored me again!The next person was told the same.So unprofessional. Do not waste your time!
