Michigan Avenue Primary Care- COVID testing Center

This was the worst experience. Not only did I wait almost 1.5 hours for an appointment but I confirmed with them twice my pharmacy to send my prescription to and they sent it to a whole different pharmacy. I was downtown for a short time urgently needing this med. I won't visit here again.

Really disappointed with the speed of service. I had a 9am appointment and I got there at 8:45 as they advised. I checked in no problem and they said they would be with me shortly. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes and was never served. I eventually had to leave because I had a meeting in an hour and wouldn't make it. Waste of time!

The nurse and the doctor I saw were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathic. If I'm ever dealing with a strange health thing in the city again, I'll be coming here.
