First time at this office and all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL! They took the time to get to know me, and be through for my annual. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new PCP.
Providers here are really caring and take time to make sure that all concerns are addressed. Been going to them for a couple years now and am glad to have found an office where I’ve had a good experience with every provider so far. Only thing though is that I was seen 2 hours after my appointment time, which I hope they can improve on
The providers themselves are wonderful, but it is nearly impossible to speak with someone when calling or messaging online. I’ve been seen here for over 10 years and would love to continue due to all my records being with this office + the care of the doctors & PAs, but unfortunately think it’s time for me to find a new PCP.
