I have seen Dr. Desai here for nearly 20 years. The space is very clean, modern and comfortable. The patient portal they use for results, reports and messaging is great. I feel I'm in the best hands when it comes to Dr. Desai. She is so sensible, friendly, and for every recommendation she makes, she's willing to talk through pros and cons, and makes sure I'm on board with the plan. She's the most valuable health partner you will find.

Average to above-average office. They are generally well-informed about most of the key issues in primary care. Getting appointments are difficult, as each doctor has around 2.5-3K patients (indeed, not a mistake, 3 THOUSAND patients per patient, or you will get less than 1 hour of doctors time per year).If you are hoping to reach them during an urgent thing, you will get an appointment, say, in a few day, by which time your urgent issue either went away, or you took care of it by visiting an urgent care clinic. Getting annual exam appointments is difficult too. Plan for 2-3 month advance. If you try to schedule an annual visit inside of 365 days, you will be reprimanded....read full review

A+ for this medical office. Front staff are friendly and polite. It’s easy to get a nurse on the phone. Dr. Ng is very thorough and keeps me healthy. I’ve been seeing him for several years- he’s the best. This establishment uses northwestern mychart which is easy to navigate and great if you need to reach your doctor for questions.
