They were the vets for our dog Bowery when we lived in Chicago and they have been hard to top. They were always super thorough and kind to Bowery, always treating him with care and love. We still have to this day the EMERGENCY manual and kit we got from their ER class.
I chose Metropolitan Veterinary Center because hands down they're the best. From the lovely ladies at the front desk when checking in, to the Techs and Doctors. We have received nothing but professional and quality care, since we first started taking our Lily Ann. The Techs and Doctors make you feel they genuinely care about your baby, and they are not just another pet, but family. If anyone is in need of a loving, caring, compassionate, just all around great care for you Pet, Metropolitan Veterinary Center is the one your looking for.
We put our 15 year old kitten down yesterday. He's brought us so much joy and love over the last 15 years. We are still in shock and definitely in pain considering our tremendous loss. I'm taking the time out to write this today, first and foremost, because I wanted to thank the doctor and staff who took such compassionate care for us in our time of need. Our kitty had been sick for a while, he's had surgery (at a prior location) but he just wasn't improving overall and his health continued to decline.
