Our condo building has used Mark's for roof inspections, roof repairs and tuckpointing over the years and have been happy with their work. We've talked to other companies but keep using Mark's.
Highly Recommended - I had some wind damage to my Vinyl Siding and Aluminum Trim that needed fixed. I found MT&R through a Google Search in the area, so if you are doing the same, look no further. Peter (Project Manager) came out same day to assess the damage and I had a fair/competitive estimate the next day (which they honored 5 months later!). Play-by-play communications throughout the process, prompt arrival to appointments, knowledgeable craftsmanship from the team to finish the job, and it looks great. Give them a call!
I recently hired Mark's Tuckpointing & Remodeling to do some much needed tuckpointing on my home. I needed several bricks replaced due to age and needed the area where the old electric meter was rebricked. The guys went over my house and fixed many areas where the mortar joints required filling.
Peter is great to work with and will address any concerns promptly. In addition to getting my work done promptly, Mark's Tuckpointing is reasonably priced.
