Very kind lady and punctual.
What I didn't like is that it's no use showing you the catalogs so you can choose because it tells you I don't have the flowers from there, I don't have the bases or vases from the catalog but I have this. So you just use the catalog photos as an idea for what you want. Luckily I liked the arrangement but you don't know how it will turn out in the end! What if you don't like how it looks?
