I’ve been going to this Madison Reed location for a long time. Today I had the best experience I have had in all that time. Sabree, was my colorist and she did a fabulous job! She was sweet and competent and my color is great. I’m considering highlights and she was knowledgeable and talked through what I should expect if I go forward with them. What made the experience all the better was the shampoo I received after my coloring- it was absolutely phenomenal! I can’t remember her name, but all I can say is WOW, Thank you!!! I’m writing this hoping that the company recognizes employees that bring “added value” to the salon because both of them did today!
Madison Reed Lincoln Park salon in Chicago has always given me a position experience. I receive great quality hair color & the staff is amazing especially Javier & Adriana. Absolutely great customer service every single time!
