I was blown away by their service. After a horrible experience with another "service" company, LG made an appointment for me with M&M for Thursday. However, shortly after I got LG's email, Naila called, asked if I was home, and came out today (Tuesday). She and her colleague: a) found the problem with my refrigerator at once (bad compressor), b) had the needed part with them, c) explained clearly what they needed to do, d) did the repair in the time they estimated, e) were professional throughout. Their phone # is now in my "call these people!" list.

Prompt and professional response to my call about a leaky washing machine. It needed a part that he didn't have on hand but was back the next day to finish the job. I would definitely call again!

I was starting to lose faith in the appliance repair industry because no one was able to fix anything, and other appliance services did not even know that the discontinued brand I own existed. M&M really knows their stuff, even if you have some obscure, discontinued brand appliance. They were much more knowledgeable, and more reasonably priced than anyone else I spoke with, and they were able to address my problem quickly because they had the part on hand.
