Took delivery of our 2026 Air Touring and Kimberly was fantastic. Even though we were her last customer on a Friday afternoon, she took all the time we needed to answer every question and walk us through the setup process. The attention to detail, patience, and thoroughness was appreciated. The car was also fully charged for our 120 mile drive home, although with the amazing range, we barely used 30%. Not only that, she sent a follow-up email with additional helpful information and links to help with learning our new car. Outstanding service from the moment we arrived until we were ready to depart for the quiet and comfortable drive home.
The car-buying experience here is very much customer-focused. They turn it into a fun and personal event that feels like it belongs with making a purchase like this. The guided setup of the vehicle makes sure you know how everything works before you leave. Very fun experience!
