Honestly I recommend this place for anyone. My little guy is part of family since kindergarten , yes it’s part of family because you feel how others care for you here!!! The sensei Marek is very kind, genuine and shows how much jiu jitsu can positively impact a person if they simply decide to step on the mats. Try a class, you won't regret it and it just might change your life for the better.

Long Life Studio is a great place that my kids just love to go to. I recommend this place for anyone with active children. It is teaching them new skills and self confidence!!! I love it!

I absolutely love this place for my kids. They get to interact with other kids, be active and learn new things that build up their confidence. This year has been challenging for kids and Long Life Studio is a gem in our life. I recommend you try this place out. Also, Marek is so great with the kids, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing but 5 Stars!
