My husband and I got engaged April 2022 and married in August 2023 in Chicago. We did a decent amount of the initial wedding planning ourselves, so we didn't need a full-on wedding planner, but knew we wanted some sort of help from an expert to coordinate the crazy wedding day! Lindsay Gaeta was by far, the best person in the world for the job.We started working with Lindsay about 7ish months before the big day. We absolutely loved working with Lindsay Gaeta! We needed help planning our Chicago wedding while we were living in NYC and she made the entire process seamless from recommending vendors to organizing detailed timelines and scheduling regular touch points. The day of she kept us + our vendors + our families organized/informed and we couldn't be happier with how the wedding weekend turned out. We can't recommend her enough!
