I stopped by today, as I've been meaning to come support this black owned establishment. I came because I have been looking for healthier beverage options and I came to the right spot!This is a beautiful , cozy warm environment with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner was actually present and made me the most delicious Vanilla Matcha Latte and left me a word of affirmation on my cup! She has excellent customer service, and is an outstanding barista. I was looking for Matcha but next time I'll try her smoothies. I would enjoy sitting in this atmosphere for quiet and peace. What a workout!! I took the cardio drumming class with a group and had a blast. The class instructors are very high energy, you will feel welcomed and will sweat!And since it was my first class they gave me a complimentary smoothie as well. I got the chocolate coconut and it was delicious! Check this place out for a great workout.

I love this place! It's always a pleasant experience. It's right on the way home from the gym too. I like that it is all plant based...especially as a dairy intolerant person. The flavors are great. Today I got home and read my cup and it said "you are unstoppable." That is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you!!!
