Hello, My name is Ralph. I began using Lindholm roofing in 2019 for my residential roof replacement. This was my parents home and layer after layer of shingles were add ( a Total of 4) which really created more problems than it was meant to resolve. I contacted them and was put in touch with Milton. He quickly came out, inspected the scope of the project and thoroughly explained it to myself and my mother. WE needed to have all 4 layers shingles removed, which exposed the aged space sheathing ( the home is more than 100 years old). Lindholm Roofing has been great in responsiveness, providing guidance and service for our project. We had a new roof installed by Lindholm in 12-2020, and because our home is on the market needed a couple of chimney caps installed and a current inspection for the prospective buyer. Lindholm took care of both quickly and is guiding us on transfer of warranties. A special Thank You to sales manager Michael Huston for his quick communication and action. -JPZ
