Had a flooded basement. Robert (Rob) came out on short order and cleaned out our catch-basin, rodded toward the street. Hit an obstruction (tree roots) short of the street, explained the issue, showed us video. Installed a rod-out station in the front yard, from where he was able to go through the tree roots and get all the way to the sewer in the street. He also installed an back-flow prevention valve to keep water from coming back from overloaded city sewers. He explained we'd need to divert our downspouts so drainage water would fill up behind the backflow prevention device...Long story short: he was timely, professional, cordial and answered all our questions and more. The price was reasonable (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive (beware the low bidder!). Last week when areas of the city saw up to 9" of rain and many people had flooding, including neighbors, we had none.We highly recommend Lincoln, and Rob is the best!

We had a toilet paper creek running across our lawn. I called 4 plumbers who each had a different diagnosis. The first one charged $200 and still did not know what the problem was, another wanted $500 to diagnose the problem. The men from Lincoln fixed the problem. They knew more about my house than any of the other pros who came out. I will only call them again when I have a plumbing disaster. They did a wonderful job. I really appreciated their patience explaining everything. Thank you!
