One of the better business plaza gyms i've been to. Friendly staff, sauna, steam room, and a good cardio/weight room set. This gym also has classes and boot camps so check it out if you work in the building.

I love this little gym at the Triangle Plaza buildings. The trainers are well-qualified and challenging. There are plenty of machines in clean and good working order. The changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and hot tub are really nice. All in all, great value for the money and so convenient!
