I came here for the first time with my mom, we got pedicures. My mom asked one of the ladies that work there if they have matte polish & the lady’s response was “look on the wall”… I found that rude. As a worker, the lady should’ve kindly pointed to where the matte polish was. Lack of good customer service & professionalism. Also, the lady that did my pedicure (different lady from the one I just spoke about) wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t like her tone and she had the most stale frown on her face the whole time. Had a massage at Revive last week, and it was fantastic! My massage therapist took time to listen and gave me relaxing massage while also working out the knots in my shoulders. The pressure and flow was just right. Also, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helped me select some candles and body wash for gifts.

Lori is very passionate in doing what she loves. She makes all her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional day spa experiance.
