This is the second year Frederick has come out to wash the large retractable awning we have for our back deck. He is very responsive, arrived on time, and spent significant time getting the awning clean. This is not easy because the deck extends into the yard at a second floor level and the awning extends out the same distance. It sparkled when he was done. I highly recommend Lara's; if they can handle this challenge I'm sure they do great work with all their other services.

Our condo board went through a lot of back-and-forth trying to pick a company. We finally settled on this one, judging from reasonable pricing, other reviews and impressive response time. The team showed up the day of and got right to work. They (mainly Frederick) explained their progress as they went along. Although I was far less sympathetic with owners who chose not to move their cars knowing full well that they were warned a month beforehand and all week (signs in lobby and on doors), unlike our prior power washers, Lara's Power Wash comes equipped. They had car covers to make sure those who didn't move their cars would not get stain/seal or dirt damage.... read full review

We had our decks power washed, stained, and sealed by Lara's. Went with the oil-based stain and a little darker color than what was there previously (see attached photos). Very happy with the result, and the crew came promptly on time when they said they would. Also, reasonably priced.
