Very convenient I'm able to go there like 2 times a day if I need. It has a sauna. And have all the equipment and any time I go there. I can have access to the equipment. Great gym

One of my favorite places to go exercise. Love treadmills, weights, exercise machines and other equipment. A sauna. Friendly staff from time to time. Overall clean. Members just hog machines even when they wait for the next set. That a should be banned. Otherwise I love this place.

Got a 3 days pass, the front desk staff is awesome. Only thing is I couldn't get someone to show me how to use the machines , other than that, would be nice if they had the twist and shape rotating abs machine. Clean gym.
