Went here yesterday for my first ever tanning session. I told the man and woman at the front desk it was my first time and they proceeded to ask me questions a first timer wouldn’t know, getting more upset each time I was unsure. The woman then asked for my phone number to look up my account. I told her I have never been here before, so I don’t have one. She insisted to just give her my number so I did…. I love this place! My first experience there was awesome! The young lady at the desk and the Gentleman that runs the front were so kind and inviting. I had so many questions and they were kind and talk me through the service I wanted and also my daughter. It was here very first time getting tanning services, she was nervous but the young lady and the gentleman made her comfortable. Parking is the only thing that can be an issue , but I was able to find a parking on the side street. It’s best to go during the week vs the weekend because of the busy restaurants and crowds outside around the building. But it was very worth it. We will definitely be back. Despite a couple bad reviews I was pleasantly surprised by this location and thought it was on par with the locations I've tried in the burbs. Staff was nice and friendly, was cleaner than I expected based on what others had written, and overall I was in and out super quick with a solid spray tan.
