I came here with an obtrusive and debilitating lower spine issue as well as a knee injury. Matt has been so incredibly helpful in a physical and holistic sense. Since the first session, I felt my body healing and strengthening itself. I experienced pain relief from day one. Today I have no back pain or knee pain as long as I maintain proper posture and gait. I've had a few private sessions with Matt so far, and he is an amazing instructor! I've recently become a runner and had some nerve issues in my left leg and foot (e.g., leg/foot often falling asleep while running). Matt demonstrated and had me try out exercises that helped troubleshoot the imbalances on my left side. These exercises have been helpful, and the best thing about training with Matt is that he will equip you with movements you can easily do at home by yourself. He also taught me a couple core exercises that served as a good workout and made me sweat a bit! Aside from knowing his stuff, he's very kind and patient. I highly recommend him!

I was visiting Chicago and did a private session with Matt. I consider myself decently active for being in my late 30s (running, Gaelic football, basketball) but the mileage is starting to add up. Matt ran me through some core movements, emphasizing stability and structure, all while tuning into my breathing. He is very good at communicating how he wants you to move and feel so you can get the most out of your session. I was able to get a lot of tension and tightness out of some sore spots and felt really good the rest of the day. The studio is very clean and straight forward. I would definitely come here again.
