Dr. Kat is SO good at what she does, and integrates the perfect balance of techniques! I've been seeing her for just under 1 year to be treated for neck pain, migraines and overall alignment needs. The neck pain I was experiencing felt like it was never going to subside, but after a couple months of visits it got significantly better. I've seen chiropractors on/off for decades and have never the results that I have consistently gotten with Dr. Kat since day 1. Not to mention she's also super approachable and easy to talk to about what your needs may be.
Dr. Kat has provided gentle and informative care throughout my first experience working with a chiropractor. It is clear she is an expert at working with the neuromuscular system and I would highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. She has been instrumental in my healing process and I am truly thankful to be in her care.
I've been seeing Kat weekly throughout my pregnancy and I always look forward to our sessions. She makes thoughtful adjustments each time based on how my body is changing and after careful evaluation. On top of being very skilled at what she does, she's a lovely and laid back person so our sessions fly by!
