Small group classes stressing core strength and flexibility. Releases shoulder, neck and lower back tension. Studio has a relaxed non-competitive vibe. Natural light flows in during the day. Lights dimmed at dusk. Soothing trance like music unites body, mind and spirit. You walk out feeling stronger and longer. All levels of fitness welcomed.
