This is my second comment/review on my purchase from Jerger and my experiences with this company keeps getting better. The windows in my living room are super large in both height and width (We need a 10-foot ladder to change out or charge a battery), 6 windows in all, mechanized that blocks out all sun where the room is pitch black when closed (We have a very large caged parrot that lives in the room and if he doesn't get his sleep he makes our life's miserable). We purchased remote control window coverings for our living room, the 6 windows are very large and tall, which 2 of them being double windows 12 months ago. The coverings had to close out all the light so as to leave the room pitch black when closed, we could not be any happier with the window coverings and the service.We had an issue with the battery wand charger. We contacted Jerger and within a day they had replaced the charger at no charge. In the future we will definitely purchase all our window covers from Jerger. Excellent company to do business with.

I cannot say enough good things about this family-owned business(but I'll try). I have worked with them for over 20 years at different homes and they always come through for me. The latest issue was trying to fit my blinds over new patio style doors. It involved fitting the blinds next to VERY close crown molding and they made it happen.Professional, dependable and oh so helpful.
