The first time I got my hair done at this shop I called and spoke with Jeannette and she was the stylist who braided my hair. The second time I made an appointment, I spoke with Jeannette and set up an appointment for Jeannette to braid my hair medium twist shoulder length. When I got to the shop Jeannette was already braiding another clients hair. She referred me to another braider who started braiding/twisting my hair the size I paid for. Before braiding Jannette charged me $320 which I paid before starting. Sis was amazing let me tell you lol! Fast, efficient, polite, clean, I can go on and on. Will definitely be back! 5 stars all around! Oh I got faux locs just in case yall can’t tell from the pic

They do a great job braiding however they are B not punctual. The first time I had to wait 2+ hours for my appt. The most recent time, they said they were running behind schedule and would call me to let me know when they were ready for me... never got a phone call.
