Very gentle demeanor, had to go out to get the correct parts upon arrival and realizing PVC cannot be used in apt buildings in the city of Chicago. Jesse and I discussed this in advance, but he failed to convey that to the technician in the notes. He did not show any negativeness and went out to get what was needed and completed the job as expected. Thanks Kyle.

Mike was so professional he explained everything to me, he got to work on my problem. My issues were resolved in no time, I would recommend Mike and company. Great job!!
